The 28 Carver Sedan is a very nice weekend retreat with ample amenities for the live-aboard/cruising boater. The current owner has very limited time which reflects in the low hours and overall good condition of the boat. OWNER IS VERY ANXIOUS TO SELL!!!! Accomodations: The Carver 28 Sedan is one of the largest 28-foot boats in the business. Indeed, her 12-foot beam is more common to a 33-footer. A well-styled cruiser designed for inland waters, the interior is surprisingly spacious for a boat of this size. Two floorplans were offered, one with the lower helm and the other without. This Carver has the optional lower station. Notably, thereâ¿¿s a privacy door for the stateroom rather than a curtain, sleeping berths are provided for six. Topside, the flybridge is huge with guest seating that converts to a sun lounge. Hatches in the cockpit sole provide access to the engines compartment. ACCOMMODATIONS From the cockpit centerline astern it is up one small stem to the transom door and out onto the swim platform. Back in the cockpit and on the starboard side forward is the seven steps up to the flybridge. The flybridge has the helm to starboard with seating for six additional adults on the flybridge seating. There is also a fill cushion to make the seating area into a large lounge. Back down to the cockpit and centerline forward is the sliding door to the cabin. Open the door and step down three steps to the cabin sole. To your port is a large dinette (four to six adults) that converts to sleeping. On your starboard is the head area with vanity, shower nozzle and electric / manual head. Forward from the head is a sleeper couch with the lower helm forward from the couch. Port of the lower station is the U shaped galley. From the galley area forward it is down one step to the forward V Sleeping area with the bunk offset to the port side. The V area has an abundance of cupboards and hanging lockers for personal gear., Mechanical Equipment: Crusaders 350 cid with 275 hp 640 hours 3 batteries Engine synchronizer gage Hour meters Rudder indicator Fireboy, Galley: Seaward 2 burner electric / alcohol stove top Norcold dual voltage refrigerator Single stainless steel sink Hot and cold water 51 gal fresh water, Electonics and Navigational Gear: Standard Horizon Quest VHF Ritchie magnetic compass Standard Horizon GPS Chart 170C Impulse depth finder Guest remote spotlight, Electrical System: Two 30 amp power cords Pro Marine 30 amp charger Heat / AC, 16,000 btu, Deck and Hull Equipment: Bow pulpit Maxwell windless Plow anchor with chain Bow rails Side rails Swim platform Swim ladder Six 10â¿¿ x 21â¿¿ fenders Fender racks Six adult life jackets Trim tabs Bimini top with enclosure (2006),
