This boat has been completely refurbished inside and out. New pictures will be available soon. This very popular pilothouse design built by Angle Marine is in very nice condition. A recent survey states: "The overall appearance of the vessel is very good, and (she) has the makings of a comfortable coastal cruiser well suited to the Northwest, Canadian, and Alaska coastlines." The survey found no serious structural deficiencies. The boat is very well equipped. For more detailed information and pictures, please click on "Full Specs" and then call the listing broker to make arrangements to view the boat. Thank you. Accomodations: Forward most, aft of the chain locker, is the spacious master stateroom, which offers a centerline island queen berth, stowage lockers, and a hanging locker. Access to the chain locker is located in the forward bulkhead. Overhead is a skylight hatch. The master head is aft to Starboard with marine toilet, a sink with storage beneath, and a medicine cabinet. Aft is a shower/tub and then Aft, through a hinged door, is a passageway that opens Port side to a stateroom with two tiered full-length bunks and a hanging locker. Opposite, to Starboard, is the guest head with marine toilet, sink in vanity, and access to the shower/tub via a sliding door. Next Aft are stairs leading above to the main salon and galley. Here, to Starboard, is a spacious U-shaped galley with ample stowage in lockers and drawers, the galley range, a cutting board and double basin sink. Also, there is cabinetry with dropped breakfast bar, the large refrigerator, microwave, and additional stowage on the forward bulkhead. Access to the engine compartment is by way of three flush hatches in the galley sole. To Port are stairs up to the pilothouse. Aft in the salon is a futon couch to Port. To Starboard there is a small drop leaf table, a bookshelf and entertainment center. Much of the salon is open and available for additional seating. Through a large sliding door aft is the cockpit, with full enclosure canvas. The Lazarette, largely in stowage, is beneath a flush hatch in the sole. Aft is the stern, with a transom door that opens on to a fiberglass boarding platform. The pilothouse provides excellent visibility, is arranged with a full-width helm console forward, with the wheel at center. Aluminum sliding doors provide access to both side decks. Aft at center is a wide helm seat that encloses two refrigeration units. To Starboard is a stair that leads through a companionway hatch to the flybridge that also has full enclosure canvas. Here, there is a steering console between the hatch and a seat to Port. Aft is a large back-to-back seating unit, aft, exiting the enclosure, is a small open deck that accommodates the tender and its davit, which is stepped on the cockpit deck, in the aft corner to Starboard.
