1988 Jefferson Fiberglass 17 x 65 454 Mercruiser I/O (w/less than 100 Hours), plus 225 HP Evinrude Outboard, 13 KW Generator, Retractable Bow Thruster, Double Decker, 1,000 SQ. FT Living Area with 7 feet of ceiling height on both levels, 28x13 main Salon, 10x10 Galley, 15x13 Master Bedroom, 24' x 13' Den/Office, 10x5 Full Tub& Shower, Central Air and Heat, Large Storage Area under Bow Deck, Fuel and Engine are outboard of vessel so no fumes or combustion in interior living space, 300 gallon fresh water, 500 gallon fuel tanks 400 gallon waste tanks, Jefferson Fiberglass Co hand laid glass with a Lafitte Skiff hull, 2 inch polyurethane foam insulation sprayed inside all exterior walls and bottom prior to interior finishing. All Exterior surfaces are glassed over to reduce maintence, 3 sliding glass doors and all windows are double glass construction, Diver inspected and cleaned bottom 1 year ago and found no problems, Surveyed at $130K, and Equipment has not been run in approximately 3 years. All equipment was operable at that time. Boat was custom built from the hull up by the current original owner.
