Old Man River would love this boat. If you are in the market for a houseboat, this is one you will want to check out. Custom built as liveaboard yacht, it is roomy and comfortable. The views from the upper deck are outstanding. The openness and bright, colorful interior made this seem far more like a summer home than a boat. The cabinetry was very well done and storage was everywhere. I really liked the three stateroom design. Six people could easily spend a long time aboard and not feel cramped. The possibilities of the huge upper deck are unending. These boat details are subject to contract., Low hours on engines(118) and gennie 171. Hydraulic bow thruster runs off generator PTO. Engine room is well kept and clean. Being fresh water kept, corrosion is not readily evident in the engine space. Plenty of room around engines and gennie to perform service. A brand new Trace inverter awaits installation.Solidly built for live aboard in 2001. The workmanship is very good. Huge, high quality windows make for a bright interior. Beautiful pine cabinetry carries throughout the whole vessel. All lighting was installed with rheostat controls.Often boats have berthing for 8 and only seating for 4. That is not the case on this Stardust. The three nicely appointed staterooms are supported by plenty of storage and space for 6 adults to inhabit every area of the boat. The salon boasts a nice entertainment center, bookshelves, a wine rack and well, all the comforts of home, and then some. When time comes to have company, a small army can easily be accommodated on the top deck. The full size appliances will be a welcome sight to the galley crew. Plenty of counterspace and storage will please any cook. Furnishings and decorations were professionally done. Indirect lighting throughout and beautiful window treatments let you set the mood around the clock. The washer, dryer and dishwasher will make guests a welcome occasion.Full instrumentation at both helms. Raytheon Ray 45 VHF at both stations. In true houseboat fashion, the lower helm is not intrusive on the decor, but very functional.Carpeted decks fore and aft are covered to make them usable in any weather. The fore deck is air conditioned with full isinglass enclosure.
