This beautiful houseboat located at Antelope Point Marina has everything to make your trip to Lake Powell spectacular. The remaining 3 bedrooms have queens, TV or TV hook-ups, and all bedrooms have lots of closet and storage space. There is also a 2nd full bath with shower on board. The spacious kitchen and great room has two side by side refrigerators, dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, trash compactor, and lots of counter space including bar seating for 4 and table seating for 6. Get comfortable on the large leather sofa in front of the flat screen Satellite TV and entertainment center that includes CD changer, DVD player, I Dock and a great sound system. There is also a DUCANE Stainless Steel BBQ and 2 deep freezers on the front deck. Upstairs you will find another dining area with bar seating for 10 and table seating for 6, exterior ceiling fans, icemaker, lounge chairs, patio furniture, and a drop down HDTV, The two Mercury 5.0 HP gas engines have 237 hours (port) and 287 hours (starboard) and a new Westerbeke Marine Gas Generator WITN just installed in August of 2009. The boat is equipped with Bow and Stern Thrusters, two Captain s stations, Mercury Smart Craft System View, an oversize Carrier AC/Heat Pump unit, Water Heater, XANTRAX RX3000 Inverter/Battery Charger System, 350 gallon fuel tanks and a 250 gallon toy tank, a UVBB Water Filtration system, large holding tanks, fluid level sensor, 2 UNIDEN Marine Band Radios, 2 Super winches and rails, phone intercom system, and CO detectors. In addition, two Waverunners and 1 Jet Ski are included. Mechanically, the boat has received exceptional care and maintenance provided by AYS certified mechanics.
