40, Even though she was recently purchased, her owner is ready to upgrade and has his next boat picked out. This is a show boat in mint condition. Cat C12s with 900 hours have just had a service. Furuno electronics. Ice blue gel coat on the underside of the hard top gives this yacht a classy and custom feel. Custom rod/tackle locker. The companion head on the port side was converted into a rod locker and tackle center at the factory. The rod locker has a teak and holly floor with stainless steel rod holders mounted in the floor along with rod racks on the wall and tackle storage systems. It is much sweeter than I can make it sound. The fighting chair pedestal serves a dual purpose. When you remove the fighting chair, leave the pedestal and there is a custom fiberglass 5 foot round table that has molded cup holders in it. Its awesome for entertaining. The boat also has several custom hardware upgrades which include multiple hand rails and rod holders. Surveyor comments from the June 08 survey include, . . .shows very well, . . . . .her systems, furniture and equipment appear in top condition. Her interior is fresh, dry and clean. . . . Her engines and generator have only moderate usage, appear to be in excellent shape and functioned as expected . . . . Over all Off Season is Judged to be in excellent condition. The list of recommendations was a very short. Bring all offers.
