The versatile and well equipped 305 has everything that makes cruising fun. This boat has been very lightly used but constantly and proffessionally maintained. Standard features include 110V outlets, aft double berth, hanging locker, AM/FM/CD stereo, window curtains, cushioned V-berth, opening windows, dinette w/removable table. Cockpit includes beverage holders, removable table, carry-on Igloo cooler, entertainment center, molded fiberglass radar arch, transom door, U-shaped lounger, molded steps, engine access hatch and courtesy lights, Galley standards include a microwave, stainless steel sink and an alcohal/electric dual burner stove. There is a marine head with sink, shower, molded fiberglass floor liner and portlight. The helm has 12V accessory outlet, custom molded dash panels, electric/hydraulic trim tabs, power assisted rack & pinion steering, top mounted engine controls, instermentation, didgital depth, compass, trim tab contols and tilt steering, In the hull and deck is a wast pump-out, mooring cleats, integral swim platform, bow hatch, anchor roller and stainless steel bow rails. There is a 30amp shore power hook-up, battery charger/ converter, 110V distribution panel and 2 battery swithces. OPTIONAL UPGRADES include twin Mercruiser 5.7L engines w/Bravo II outdrives, 5kw gas generator, Air Conditioning/Heating, Anchor windlass, spotlight, cockpit carpet runners, camper canvas, bottom paint, waterproof speakers, macerator discharge kit, transom shower, helm station stereo remote, TV/DVD package and Uniden Oceanis VHF radio. Non-factory upgrades include Raymarine C-80 multi function display, Radar, GPS and depth, Simrad auto pilot and 7.5kg plow anchor with 200ft of 3/8" galvanized chain, 13lb Danforth type anchor with 50ft of 1/2" galvanized chain and rode.
