Our 378 Vista has an extra-large full beam swim platform and a innovative cockpit layout with elevated helm seat and port lounge. The cockpit wet bar has a sink, a refrigerator and an icemaker. The helm is fully decked out with Raymarine electronics, radar, autopilot, and GPS/chart plotter. Foredeck access is made easy with generous side decks and a walk-thru windshield that is reached via molded-in steps next to the helm. The cabin is wonderfully finished in cherry veneer and real wood trim which, together with her thick upholstery and sculpted headliners, adds to her decidedly upscale look throughout. The forward stateroom has a soft partition for privacy. The head has a separate shower and a Vacu-Flush toilet and is located forward of the galley on the port side of the cabin. Note the Lexan shower door and the molded shower seat with height adjustment and the pulsating shower head - luxury and convenience throughout! The galley includes a sink, refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave oven, 2-burner electric/alcohol stove and an L-shaped countertop with lots of storage above and below. Opposite the galley is a lounger with easily accessible storage space below. Aft, under helm area is a second lounge area with hanging lockers and central vacuum system that converts to a second stateroom with a pull-out berth for two adults. The settee converts to a double bed with a touch of a button. 3 large translucent hatches overhead provide natural light and fresh air, as do the hull-side port lights. The boat rides and handles exceptionally well on her modified-V hull (a 19 dead-rise coupled with its high chines gives her a remarkable low-speed planing ability and a smooth ride even in rough conditions). She was was recently bottom painted and both engines are serviced and are in perfect running condition.
