Full bathroom w/ shower, toilet, sink. Cold roof AC with heat strip, Depth finder, AM/FM/CD/Stereo w/4 speakers Bedroom w/ full size bed, closet, overhead lighting, side lamp, & storage under bed. Has tinted windows and window coverings throughout. Sliding glass doors in front & rear. Large covered front deck with speakers. Onan 4kw genset with only 25 hours (separate 30 gallon gas tank for just genset), dual marine batteries w/ onboard charger. Propane management system has valves/ sensors to detect for leaks and safe operation. Hot water heater works great! Boat has gray & black tanks w/fresh water tank aprox 100gal. It has a Mercury 90 two stroke motor w/ hydraulic steering w/ less than 100hours. Motor is quiet moves boat very well up to approx 15mph.
